Protocol 01

Safety & Airworthiness Protocols

All aerial platforms must pass mandatory technical inspection before any flight slot.

Independent Hardware Kill SwitchA physical wireless killswitch channel capable of disarming all motors within 200 ms.
Propeller Guards (Indoor Arena)Enclosed ducts or full-circumference guards to eliminate net entanglement hazards.
Geofence Volume (Outdoor Airfield)Software perimeter enforcement. Crossing boundary triggers automated motor cut-off.
LiPo Safety ContainmentAll battery charging must take place inside flame-resistant safety bags in designated pits.
Indoor Challenge

Scoring Formula

Points are awarded for each aperture traversed, victims identified via optical/thermal sensors, and transponder beacons placed. Total score is multiplied by 2.5 for fully autonomous operation.

Outdoor Challenge

Scoring Formula

Points are awarded for precision landing of the 150g relief payload, distance covered in the 1,000m corridor, and orthophoto mapping resolution within the 15-minute slot.
